Cancellation and rebooking policy
Rules for cancellation, rebooking and refund for contracted services.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before the first service, except when the supplier requires a longer period, which will be indicated in the quotation.
Timed tickets, such as Burj Khalifa, Dubai Frame, Museum of the Future and shows, are non‑refundable after issuance. Hotels follow the rate rules indicated in the quotation, which may be non‑refundable or flexible.
Rebooking
When the airline cancels a flight for safety reasons or airspace closure, the agency may reschedule services without its own fee, subject to availability and any supplier fare difference.
No‑show without notice does not entitle a refund. For New Year’s Eve, Eid and holidays, specific deadlines and conditions apply as stated in the quotation.
Refunds and review
Refunds are processed by the same payment method within up to 10 business days after supplier confirmation.
This policy should be read together with the proposal and each supplier’s conditions. A legal review is recommended before publishing or updating this policy.
