Terms of Service

General terms for the organization and intermediation of tourist and event services in Dubai.

Who we are and the nature of the service

High Class Experiences Travel LLC is a tour operator in Dubai, license 781806, IATA 96029802. Events are produced by HCB1 Events Management LLC, license 1309916.

The company organizes and intermediates tourist services provided by licensed suppliers. The agency is responsible for organization and support, while each supplier is responsible for the execution of its service. A legal review is recommended before publishing or updating these terms.

Quotation, price and payment

The PDF proposal shows the total price, inclusions, exclusions, a seven‑day validity and an indicative exchange rate. Prices may be presented in USD and in the client’s currency. Amounts displayed on the website, including price references, do not constitute a binding offer.

Accepted payments: card, bank transfer with fees borne by the sender, secure payment link up to USD 10,000 per link, PIX, or up to 12 installments on card for Brazilian clients via a partner. For packages above USD 1,500, the rule is 30% on booking and 70% up to 14 days before; otherwise, 100% on booking. The agency does not request card details via message.

Air travel, documents and visas

At this stage, airline tickets are not issued by the agency; connections may be indicated via links. When IATA ticketing is active, the airline’s fare rules apply.

The traveler is responsible for their documents and for keeping a passport with six months’ validity. The agency can assist with the visa process, without guaranteeing approval.

Changes, travel and liability

Changes and cancellations follow the Cancellation and Rebooking Policy. Tickets with a date and time are non‑refundable after issuance.

During travel, communications, schedules and meeting points are provided in writing. Delays caused by the client may result in loss of the service without refund. In cases of force majeure, such as weather, airspace closure or governmental decisions, adjustments may occur; travel insurance is recommended.

Provisions for markets and disputes

For consumers in Brazil, the sale is made by a foreign supplier headquartered in Dubai, charged in foreign currency and card IOF borne by the client; the rights under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (CDC) are respected where applicable.

For the United Kingdom and European Union, the agency is not an ATOL member nor a package organizer under German law; protection may arise from card payment and licensed suppliers. The applicable law and jurisdiction are those of the United Arab Emirates, Dubai, with an attempt at mediation before dispute.
