High Class Travel Experiences serves agencies and tour operators through a program subject to registration and commercial alignment. Participation is not automatic and the applicable conditions are confirmed after the registration review.
After registration, the team will inform you of the commercial terms applicable to the partnership and the type of service requested. Commission, rate schedules, materials and operational rules are handled according to the program and the current proposal.
The applicable commission is communicated to the registered agency according to the service and the confirmed commercial condition. The agency must coordinate with the team which condition applies to extras sold during the client’s trip.
Access to rate schedules and quotation conditions depends on registration and commercial confirmation. Rates, availability and supplier conditions are verified at the time of quotation.
Commercial and operational support materials may be provided to registered agencies according to the program and the scope of the partnership.
For confirmed reservations, the operation can organize a WhatsApp group with the client and, when applicable, the partner agency, two days prior (D-2). The group supports the agenda, vouchers and communication during the trip, as per the confirmed operation.
